WEF-08
Hope everyone likes the new look of our website.
We arrived home from Florida on Wed just ahead of the blizzard that arrived on Friday and left us with 10-12 inches of snow. It was quite a shock after 5 wks of 80+ temperatures!
All the horses went well and everyone enjoyed the weather. Macon Thornton and Kevin McNeilly's "Ocean City" won 2 seconds the 1st week followed by ribbons in week 5 in the 18-35 Adults. Hillary Goldsmith and "Itza a Good Thing" recieved numerous ribbons in the younger children's hunter and equitation classes. Hillary had only shown at a few local shows before WEF, quite impressive. Amanda Cohen and her 2 Jr Hunters "Odette" & "Mosaik" won numerous ribbons in the Older Lrg & Smal Jr. Hunters with scores of 80,81,83,84 & 85.
Macon & Amanda
Amy Vaughan showed her new Adult Hunter "Cattillon" for the 1s time since his purchase. Kevin McNeilly's "Fresno" made his debut in the Jumper ring with Abby Blankenship and got two blue ribbons in week 6. Congratulations to all!
We would like to thank Donna & Gary Duffy for being such great hosts.
Special thanks to Debbie, Jenna and Liz for all their efforts.
Congratulations to Ann Root and trainer Peggy Thorndyke on the purchase of "Ocean City". We will miss "EZ".
Stay warm, spring is almost here, Skip
